Tinning braided copper wire requires a specialized process

Tinning braided copper wire is a complex process. First, we need to draw the electrolytic copper wire of a specific size required with the use of specific machinery. Then the material is first annealed and the tinning process is done by either the electrolytic method or by the hot dip process. We, at Rajasthan Electric have a highly well developed manufacturing facility for carrying out both these processes with a great deal of dexterity. Once tinning braided copper wire is completed, the tin coated wires are utilized for various industrial machines, cables, heaters, high temperatures and so on.http://www.rajasthanelectric.com/braided-copper-wires.html
